Per Night - $149

4 Nights Minimum Stay

Check In - Anytime after 4:00PM

Check Out - Before 10:00AM

Damage Deposit: $ 250 (Fully refunded Following Satisfactory Final Inspection).

Pool Heat: $25 Per Day - (Minimum 7 night stay)

For bookings in excess of 7 nights requesting pool heat a lower rate will be available, please ask for quotation.

Final Cleaning Fee: $125.00 (For all stays)

Once we have received above completed contact form you will get a full quote and confirm availability for your stay usually within 24 hours.

If you are happy to proceed a non refundable 25% deposit will be required to secure the booking with the remaining 75% balance plus the $250.00 damage deposit due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
